I want to thank the AZ Heart Association for making the real life that I know a dream. I fell in love with Stevie at 11. It happened in a Payless shoe store somewhere near the middle of nowhere Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was with my Aunt Loretta who was buying my uncle Matt a pair of work boots. she opened the door. I followed into this voice that sat my body down. Listen. When my aunt made her purchase she came to me and said, "why are you crying?" I said, “whose voice is that?” “Stevie Nicks:. This is how we began for me. I am 34 now. My whole life I knew that one day i would meet her. One day i would give her what she has given me. One day I would say thank you. one day.... and one day came on August 4th, 2005. Someone said something about surreal, yes, a dream, yes and a validation that there is a connection. I want to thank the fans for being so gracious and private and kind. Stevie is like a current running thru me. I run away to a place where dreams are somewhere in the melody Stevie sings to me. The concert was fantastic. She moves me so, and when i was not dancing and singing with my neighbor, I was balling like a child in a Payless shoe store. I could not help myself. She was there inside, outside all around me. I just love her! She is so genuine. I feel honored as a fan because after the benefit I know, no shadows on these walls, Stevie loves and appreciates us as much (if not more) as we love and appreciate her. Thank you AZHA, fans, Waddy, Don, Ladies, and most of all, THANK YOU Stevie Nicks, for bringing us all together. We love you ~Believe~

For my graduation present from my parents, I was given the opportunity to go to Phoenix for the AHI benefit. I have been wanting to go for years, so this was a dream come true! Not only was I coming from Charlotte, NC to see Stevie, but I was going to get to meet her afterwards! I couldn't believe it. I couldn't believe my seats when we got to them. The stage was about at waist level it seemed like, and I was about 4 rows back. Stevie was practically eye level with me! Vanessa put on a great show to open up the concert, she is so talented! I really have enjoyed her at the shows this summer! Stevie came out after what seemed like forever, and I walked right up to the base of her mic where she gave us high fives! You could tell she was happy to be home. Enchanted totally rocked out! Stevie was dead on with her vocals from the very beginning. The "hula dance" at the beginning of Dreams was so cute, and you could tell that Stevie was truly enjoying herself. The venue was intimate and relatively quiet, so I felt like Stevie was giving us a private show. She was very talkative and was joking around a lot, especially when Don came out. I think she was having so much fun that before Rhiannon, she forgot that she had to change clothes! When she came back out, she gave one of the best performances of Rhiannon that I've ever witnessed! Personal favorites of mine from the show were Stand Back, Edge of 17, Fall from Grace, and Leather and Lace..just to name a few! There were so many twirls and spins on Stand Back, and the high kick was outstanding! I was able to get to the stage and shake Stevie's hands during Edge, which is always a special moment. The way she looks into everyones eyes and smiles is so sincere and moving. She really loves her fans! Landslide was also a touching moment, as Stevie explained that her father could not be there because he had broken his leg. She dedicated the song to him and to us in hopes that we will keep him in our prayers. Rock and Roll continues to be a personal favorite of mine. I love Stevie's spunk on this song, as well as her awesome outfit and hat! She brought down the house with this one! Beauty and the Beast was beautiful once again, and the show closed with So You Wanna Be a Rock and Roll Star, which was a treat as well! This was my favorite Stevie show to date, and Ive been to nearly 10! Afterwards, I attended the donor party where I was lucky enough to get my picture made with Stevie! She was so sweet and joked about how I made her look like a shrimp. It was all over too fast, but well worth it! I had a wonderful time hanging out with the Stevie fans, including my news friends Jan, Joy and Michelle. (Hey guys!) I also met John from the NicksFix. He is an awesome guy, except that he told me that the photographer messed up our photos with Stevie, and that they wouldn't turn out. Very funny! I fell for it! :) While a picture with Stevie will always be a treasure for me, the memories from this will be with me forever! Thanks so much Stevie, for a great evening!

I flew from San Diego to Phoenix and then back again the next day, just to see Stevie! I dressed up in a deep purple silk dress and black high heeled sandals since I was going to meet Stevie after the show. I was lucky enough to sit in the 4th row from the stage, seat 10. I sat next to John, the creator of nicksfix.com and another lady that works for nicksfix.com and both were very nice people. I think they have an awesome job and props to them for doing such a great job with this site :) The show was great and Stevie seemed a lot more relaxed and happy. I cracked up when she was doing the band introductions, she’s so funny! I was sorry to hear about Jess’ leg being broken and not being able to be at the show though, my wishes for his recovery. Stevie seems very very close to her family and I wish them the best. I was glad to be able to see Don and Stevie sing together (first time I ever saw Don Henley in person) especially with “Leather and Lace”. Don did a great job as well with his parts and I thought it was sweet when they slow danced together on stage. They seemed to be enjoying each other’s presence and Stevie seemed so young at heart still! Stevie’s band has done a fantastic job this tour and I was happy to see Taku at the shows. Taku is a very talented percussionist and I’m taken aback by his talent every time I see him play. I think he should have a permanent place on the FM and Stevie stage. That goes for Brett and Carlos too, I enjoy seeing them rock out. As for the after party, I wish the setup was little better than it turned out to be. I pictured it to be in a fancier room decorated in Stevie taste, more personal, and I hoped the band would be there too to chat with. I brought her picture from the 50 Most Beautiful People issue of People in 1998, and I was sooo bummed that she wasn’t signing anything. But, it’s been one of my dreams since I was a little girl to meet Stevie and it came true. I got to take a picture with her, Don and Waddy and it’s going to go in a beautiful frame on my wall when I get it. She’s as gracious and nice in person as I hoped she would be and she seems so down to earth and funny, like what ‘divas’ should be. I can’t wait to see what the Mac and Stevie still have up their sleeves as far as new music and more touring. Hopefully not too much time will go by, because all of your fans can’t wait! Thanks to the AZ Heart foundation for such a memorable night that I’ll always remember.

This was the first time I have seen Stevie in concert. I have been a fan of hers since I was a little girl. I'm only 23, but I never got around to attending one of her concerts. I'm really glad that I got to go to this concert. I will be going to all the rest of the concerts she has! First off, I'd like to mention that Stevie had the MOST amazing light show during her concert. The background displays with all the pictures and videos on it, looked really great. My eyes filled up with tears during Landslide, because the pictures they were showing of her growing up were just so touching. I got choked up because she said her dad had broken his leg, and I felt so bad for him. My heart goes out to the Nicks family. I looked over at my husband, who really isn't a Stevie fan, and he was even tearing up. Stevie really gets to your heart. My husband said he had a great time, and he TRYS to sing to her songs now! The whole concert was just amazing. Her costume changes were wonderful. I loved seeing all her different outfits. Her attitude during the concert was just so darn cute. I just wanted to hug her. She seemed like a happy child, and that she just wanted to sing all night. I wouldn't have minded! :) Her voice was brilliant, as usual. I got chills during Beauty and the Beast. The video in the background was very haunting, and fit perfectly. I LOVED her version of the Led Zeppelin song Rock and Roll. She did a fantastic job rockin' out to that. I really adore Stevie, and ever since I was younger I felt connected to her through her music. She is near and dear to my heart. If you are reading this right now Stevie, you don't know how much your concert meant to me. I think it is wonderful what you do to help out the heart foundation. You are a very giving person! I really enjoyed the whole night, and I wish it had lasted longer. She played all my favorites: Stand Back, Enchanted, Fall From Grace, and more! I really wish I could have heard Sorcerer. That is my all time favorite song. I will be back for more concerts, so hopefully someday I'll be able to hear it live! If you haven't seen Stevie live yet, you have to attend her next concert. You will absolutely adore her, and you will have the time of your life.

So the concert was absolutely amazing and out of this world. Stevie had so much energy and enthusiasm, she was spinning more than usual, kicking more than usual, lazzo dancing by herself, hoola dancing, and shaking all over the place. I've seen her in concert many times and have never seen her so happy, it was like she was in her 30's again. Landslide was so beautiful because the background was old pictures of Stevie from when she was a baby to her earlier years. Up until last night I never saw her perform Rock and Roll and let me tell you she had so much fun with it. The top hat, the pretty flowing top and the black pants were an awesome change from the usual outfit. I love her signiture clothing, but that outfit was really cool. And she was just lovin' singing that song. Seats were fourth row dead center and I could not have asked for better seats. The live version of Fall From Grace is really great to hear especially when they add the extra rhythm section. And as always, Beauty and the Beast was simply stunning. The film clips from the movie playing in the back and Stevie's voice worked perfectly. She really does an amazing job with that song. I was fortunate enough to attend the after party with my mom and that was a little disappointing because we attended the benefit in 2001 and it was way better. Believe me, it was still amazing to be there, but my expectations were set high because the benefit in 2001 was well planned and more intimate. Everyone who attended the after party waited in line to take a picture with Stevie, Don and Waddy and then were immediately pushed out of the area by security. The security guards made you feel like you were in the military, but we tried to not let that bother us. Lori, Stevie's mom and one of her dog's was there for a while, but they left within a short time. I am extremely fortunate to have been able to stand in between Stevie and Don for a picture, it was a surreal moment. The night was really special and I hope she continues singing with that much energy because it's really something to see. I'm only 21, so I was never able to see her at her prime age, but last night really took you back there because she filled the venue with so much energy. Amazing performance Stevie. Oh, and Vanessa Carleton has some set of lungs on her, that girl can sing and she is an out of this world piano player. Aside from that, her personality and character are well presented and actually very funny, she was very comfortable and personable with the crowd. I really hope to see great success down her path because she is a very talented artist.

There is only one word to describe the concert that took place in the Dodge Theatre in Phoenix on August 4th.....extraordinary!! Stevie's voice was in top form and I sat there in pure amazement for 2 hours, relishing every single note as I knew it would all come to an end too soon. And it did...... Stevie seemed very happy that night, in spite of the fact that her father had broken his hip the same day. While introducing the band to the audience, she unwittingly left out musical director/lead guitarist extraordinaire Waddy Wachtel. It was a hilarious moment in the evening and Stevie handled it very well, endearing herself to the audience even more. Waddy, by the way, was extremely impressive in his playing this evening, at least to me. The whole band was fabulous, but this night belonged to Stevie and Waddy. It was heaven on earth!! Highlights of the night were Beauty and the Beast (Stevie was beautiful and never sounded better) and Landslide (kudos to Sharon, Jana and Lori). The Dixie Chicks couldn't hold a candle to this performance. The band rocked us hard with Stand Back, as well as Edge of Seventeen. Stevie played nearly all of her hits, but my favorite moment (besides Beast) was when Stevie rocked out with the Led Zep classic Rock and Roll. She looked like a rocker and sounded like a rocker....it was impressive! I have seen Stevie many times in the past and this was by far the best concert yet. Age has not slowed the queen of rock down. Awesome! And let's not forget Don Henley, who sounded great as well. It was joyful to watch he and Stevie dance together on stage during one of their numbers. I love Don too, but this night belonged solely to Stevie. It was her night to shine and shine she did. I am still high from the night. Vanessa Carlton opened this show and while I am not a big fan of hers, she did a great job and was quite humerous in her monologue. Stevie, please come back on tour soon, as I can't wait to see you again. And how about a new CD real soon too!

All I can say is WOW! We drove up from Tucson to see Stevie, perform, and left the show delighted! Songs included the hits like Outside the Rain, Stand Back, Edge of Seventeen. Everything you’d expect from a Stevie concert, highlighted with an energetic band, a large video screen bring her artwork and videos to life, and Don Henley helping out on Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around, Leather and Lace, Gold Dust Woman, and a few other songs. For me, the best part of the show was Rhiannon, where the large screen brought her to life, along with the closer Beauty and the Beast, the fairy tale played out behind Stevie and her haunting vocals. I took my girlfriend with me, and she said it was the best night she’s ever had! Thank you Stevie, for a great evening!

This was the best yet....Stevie was incredible. She sang every song with heart. I went by my self this time, as I usually take someone and I was so glued to my seat. The best was Beauty and the Beast. It was the first time I heard her sing it live and it was magical. The whole show was just magical. Don Henley was fantastic singing Gold Dust Woman with Stevie. The house was packed and she rocked us all. She looks fantastic as she always does. I am so glad I went to see this show. I haven't missed a benefit show since 2000 and I am so glad I didn't miss this. Stevie you are magical and you ROCK!!!!!!!

Arizona Heart Institute. Phoenix, Arizona "Dodge Theater" Thursday 8-4-05. $2,000 donor package for a great cause, $6,000 over the past three benefit concerts.. Yet again Stevie has done it!! This has got to be one of the BEST concerts ever of Stevie or Fleetwood Mac. It felt like we were sitting in her living room & it was just one BIG sing along, esspecially for "Landslide". It also helped that she high fived me immediately before starting to sing for the evening, talk about a rush I'm still shaking!! I am a Stevie fan for over 25 years and her music has helped me thru so many trying times. She sang all of her classic hit's and more. There are no words to describe her stage presence but these come to mind: captivating, breathtaking, enchanting, magical, mystical, energetic and awesome. I just saw her Gold Dust Tour in Atlantic City, NJ on 6-30 but there is no comparison when she is at home, her energy is unmistakable. I'm not sure why they sell seats because EVERYONE stands during the whole show. Don Henley was also fantastic and when they sang Leather and Lace, they brought the house down. It was good to see and hear Lori Nicks again to. The tear jerker had to be "Beauty & The Beast" and with the back ground video it was amazing. The photos of a young Stevie and her life was too much, I don't know who put that together but KUDOS to them!! Vanessa Carlton opened the show like a pro & helped end it too. Stevie's famous twirl got to us all and her great costume changes were fabulous. I don't know how she does it but I'd just like to say ""THANK YOU STEVIE"" for sharing your music, your life and yourself with us, your fans!!!!!!

What can I say? I met Stevie Nicks FACE TO FACE!! I'll get back to that. Ever since I bought my two donor tickets for $2000.00, everyone thought I was out of my mind. But I knew better. This was my 4th benefit and I swore the last time in 2003, I would buy the $1000.00 tickets next time. So I did. One for me and one for my fiance`. It was worth every penny. It's a wonderful cause to support and I'm proud to say I did. The concert was spectacular. Vanessa Carlton was very cute and funny!! Stevie looked absolutely gorgeous!! I saw her in May in Las Vegas and she looked even more spectacular now. From the opening with Enchanted followed by Outside the Rain and Dreams, she was off to a rousing start. Her voice was perfect on every note. I was in the third row but stood near the front of the stage the whole time. I was right in front of her!! When Don Henley came out to do Stop Dragging My Heart Around it was phenomenal!! Their voices were great together. One of my favorite moments was their slow sexy dance at the end of Gold Dust Woman!! Circle Dance was great too!! During Edge Of Seventeen everyone in front rushed the stage as she shook hands with us!! She touched my hand, I couldn't believe it. Lori was there and she looked beatiful. Stevie wore a cool hat and pants with rhinestones down the sides for the encore of Rock nad Roll!! Her voice was crystal clear on Beauty and the Beast. The final song was So You Wanna Be A Rock and Roll Star with Don Henley. It was all like a dream, but the night wasn't over!! We all went upstairs (the donors) and it was announced that Stevie would not sign autographs but we were to line up and we would ALL get our photo taken with her. I was towards the back of the line. I could see her at the other end. It took almost an hour before we got there. Suddenly it was our turn. I walked up shaking, she looked at me and said "you glitter!". I reached out and hugged her. She's so small, no bigger than me. I could look her in the eye. She smelled like the most beautiful flowers in the world. There aren't enough words to describe how beautiful she is!! I told her that I had loved her since I was fourteen. She put her face right next to mine as we took the photo. I hugged her again and then we left. I almost started crying. I can honestly say it was the most enchanting night of my life. Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think that I would meet her. I can't think of many other artists that would perform live for over two hours and then stand for another hour and a half to take pictures, but that is why Stevies' fans love her sooooooo much. She's a very giving woman. One more note... I met John Kinney of the nicksfix!! That was an outstanding pleasure. Thanks John!! Most of all thanks to Stevie. I'm living proof that dreams do come true. I'll be there next year!!

My husband and I flew to Phoenix from the great state of New York to attend the AHI Benefit concert. It was worth every mile flown and every penny spent. Stevie was in great form and seemed extremely relaxed and certainly "at home" on her own turf. The energy and synergy of the band was simply bursting at the seams. I was especially impressed by Jana's backup vocals...and what a treat it was to see Lori Nicks again! What a pretty (and very skinny) lady she still is. We attended the concert with John Kinney and it was a blast. Stevie's vocals were flawless and she radiated with happiness, love, and mysticism. At one point she forgot to walk off the stage for a costume change. She went up to the mic ready to sing the next song then quickly remembered she was supposed to walk off at that time. She got this look of surprise and then put her pointer finger up as if to say "I'll be right back" and then walked off. She also almost forgot to introduce Waddy during the band introductions. She just acted so cute and carefree. It was great. She was so cool during her cover of "Rock and Roll" ... rockin' out on stage with her black feathered hat, diamond-studded spandex, and boots. I sing in a rock band and I draw on a lot of Stevie's style. She's my hero, my idol, my role model. She is simply THE BEST!!!!! She had the audience under a spell once again...and all for a great cause too. What a fine lady she is!!!! The aftershow party was pretty cool. We all got our pictures taken with Stevie, Don, and Waddy. There was just enough time to introduce myself to them and tell them how great they all are, etc., etc. I only wish the fans could have hung out with them on more of a social level at the party but they quickly whisked them out after all the pictures were done. I met some really sweet Stevie fans while standing in line and was also introduced to some other fans by John Kinney. I have to admit, Stevie fans are great people!!!!! All-in-all it was a trip to remember...I enjoyed seeing the dessert for the very first time and I will definitely be back to visit again!! Thank you, Stevie!!!!!!!!! We love you as always.
