Hi! My name is Rachelle... I have emailed before, but it has been a long time. I have seen Stevie several times, adore her so much. We saw her at the Tweeter Center in Chicago on Father's Day... with Don Henley. It was a Super special show- Stevie announced a few songs into her set that her Dad was there from Arizona to see her & Don Henley perform together... She put on a dazzling, sensational show!! Everything that she sang was magic... but my most favorite song of the night by far was Beauty & the Beast. I have never heard her sing it so dynamically... it was AWESOME!!! There was a solo piano opening that I have never heard before, either.... I would have rather Stevie had sung the main verses on Gold Dust Woman.. (Don Henley sang them) but, it was neat to hear Stevie singing Eagles songs, too.... She was BREATHTAKING... she looked most beautiful as I have EVER seen her, and sounded just as awesome. It was a much better show, in my opinion, than when I paid 3 times as much to see Fleetwood Mac in the Quad Cities 2 years ago. Not that I wouldn't do that again... because if the opportunity presents itself, I WILL... but, to see Stevie on her own was an honor & a blessing. There was indeed "Magic All Around" ... Keep rocking, and keeping us informed.

Great show. Did some duets with Don Henley and then all her best songs. Her band was outstanding.

The show was one of, if not, the greatest shows I have seen. I saw Stevie Nicks and Don Henely at the Tweeter Center south of Chicago on 6.19.05. This was the first time seeing either one of them. I have always liked both Stevie and Don, but wasn’t sure what to expect. I had even thought that if I wasn’t enjoying the show, I would just leave early. Well, the last song of the encore with Stevie and Don had me wishing the show wasn’t ending. Don Henley was a great opening act for Stevie Nicks. And the band really got the crowed rolling early. When Stevie came on stage there was a big ovation for her and I kind of felt bad for Don because it was his band playing. But that feeling quickly left when the two of them started singing. Stevie Nicks show was extremely electrifying. I haven’t enjoyed a performance like that in a long time. Her voice was very powerful and grabed your soul. Her movements on stage were fluid and theatrical. You could tell that she was really into the show and the crowd was also into it as well. I thought when she went down the stage and shook every ones hands that was great. The band was flawless (at least I didn’t notice anything) and sounded great. I am still today, the day after the show, buzzing about it. I looked and seen the dates for the solo tour and was disappointed she wasn’t coming back to Chicago. I will go and see Stevie Nicks again! What an outstanding performance!! The only disappointment was Stevie didn’t sing Landslide. But Beauty and the Beast made up for it.

Well, I saw the June 19th show at the tweeter center in Tinley park. The overall show was basically beyond words. Though I am not a big Don fan I did enjoy the set list and was surprised at how good he sounded live. My jaw hit the floor when Stevie came onstage to sing "Hotel California." I was in complete shock. I don't think she had ever looked as beautiful and sang as great as she did at that very moment. During the fifteen minute break I wandered over to the merchandise stand. Unfortunately funds were limited so I could not purchase a shirt. Either way I did manage to sneak up closer for the second half of the show- Stevie's set. The black curtains came down to reveal three or four screens which later displayed artwork and videos. I smiled when they played "Bootylicious" during the intermission. I found it to be completely appropriate. Anyway, the rest of the night was spent dancing with middle aged women to "Stand Back" and "Edge of Seventeen." Stevie's 500 costume changes were just as I imagined they'd be, but I only wish the platform boots were there to accompany the dresses. Nonetheless, Stevie and Don made it one of the best concerts I have ever attended. I can only hope she will come back to IL sometime soon because I want to relive this wonderful experience all over again.

Ok so after Mr. Henley cancelled the second leg of the tour including the Milwaukee Summerfest date we were forced to drive 2 1/2 hours to the Tweeter Center in Tinley Park, Illinois for the show. Which was quite a haul! I'll just get right to the show... Henley started off with The Genie which was a good choice to start with because only the die hard fans knew it and only the die hard fans were there in the begining. I would say that the theater was only 1/2 full when he took the stage. From there he sang Witchy Woman and I Put a Spell on You-both flawless. For Henley, it was all downhill from there. He sounded tired during Hotel California and The Last Worthless Evening. If Ms. Nicks had not been there to help out during his set I would have been very disappointed. Do us a favor Don...TAKE A BREAK and rest your voice! With that said Henley did manage to get the crowd up with Dirty Laundry and Desperado. After Don finished his set it only took about 15 minutes for the crew to change the stage for Stevie and the lights went down... Stevie had much more energy than Don and it carried over to the crowd. According to you more seasoned fans she started out the show in normal fashion with Outside the Rain and then went right into Dreams. I think my favorite part of the show was Rhiannon, hearing Stevie do that live sounded so much better than in years past for some reason, it just sent a chill down my spine. Don also sang "Stop Draggin my Heart Around" with Stevie which again sounded ok but I definatley like Tom Petty's vocals on that song much better! There were only two songs that we sat for..."The Circle Dance"-beautiful song, Don did pretty good on this one too! and "Beauty and The Beast". I don't know of any other performer that can make you not just hear but feel the song like Stevie does. I was mesmerized! Stevie sounded excellent and made the crowd feel part of the show, unlike Don again. Stevie did her usual dancing and "Rose Walk" after "Edge of Seventeen". She was just so happy and into it...I dont know what else to say! For the encore Stevie brought Don back out to sing Leather and Lace which sounded superb! I think they should have ended on that song but they also did "So you Want to be a Rock n Roll Star". Which was not the song to end this historic performance. With that I said farewell to Stevie but knew that I would see her again soon at Summerfest but this time I will be right up at the stage!

I was fortunate enough to see Stevie's last show on her tour with Don Henley on June 19, 2005 at the Tweeter Center in Chicago, IL. My dad and I are from Minneapolis and have been traveling all over the Midwest to see Stevie since I was 14, and this was our seventh show. We brought my friend Jen and his girlfriend Marie along (both Stevie virgins) and, judging from other fan reviews, knew that we were in for an awesome evening!! We arrived at the Tweeter Center around 6:15 p.m. Sunday evening, and bought our souvenirs right away. I also had to deal with a huge bouquet of stargazer lilies and white roses that I was hoping I could give to Stevie, so my hands were full!! We met a wonderful security guard named Dave prior to the show, and took our seats in the 4th row shortly after...little did I know how important meeting Dave would be!! A man in our row commented to me on how I looked like Stevie (I had a shawl, black bowler hat, a cute little dress, and of course tall black boots), and I was SO appreciative of that compliment!! I had never seen Don Henley before, so I was really excited for that. Don opened the show and just ROCKED from the first note. He opened with "The Genie", which was an awesome song to start with. His set list didn't vary from the opening night...Highlights included Witchy Woman, Boys of Summer, All She Wants to do is Dance and Life In the Fast Lane (without Stevie), but you could tell that most of the crowd was there for Stevie. When she came out to sing with Don on Hotel California, everyone around me was just screaming for her. I couldn't help but tear up when she came out! She looked BEAUTIFUL... in great shape, her hair in elegant waves...this was the most energetic and carefree I have seen her in quite some time. She was only out for three songs with him, but Don told us, "She'll be back". And she definitely WAS...Stevie Nicks showed everyone at the show exactly why she is the Queen of Rock & Roll! Before she came out for her own set, "Bootylicious" by Destiny's Child (which samples Stevie's Edge of 17 guitar riff) started playing and we knew that it was time. Stevie seemed to just appear onstage, and if you didn't get to see her on this tour, she looks NOTHING like her 57 years! She was radiant... Stevie opened with Outside the Rain which faded into Dreams (like usual), and then treated us to a wonderful Rhiannon!! She dedicated Bonnie Raitt's beautiful "Circle Dance" to her father, who had flown in on Father's Day for the show... Very sweet!! As Stand Back started and the strobe lights started flashing, Dave (the security guard) came over to where Jen and I were dancing and said "Let's go, get your flowers"...So I grabbed my bouquet and followed him to the front of the stage, where we were allowed to watch Stand Back (Stevie did one of her high kicks, and it was right in front of me, SO AWESOME!!!) and the AMAZING Beauty and the Beast. I had never heard it live before, and Stevie had put her hair up and put on a beautiful black coat for the song...it was just PERFECT, I can't believe I didn't cry. The highlight of the show for me was Edge of Seventeen. Stevie's voice was in top shape that night; every note was right on and she had SO MUCH energy!! It was the best Edge I've heard, and what topped it off was that I was able to give her my flowers. She took them from me and said "Thank you!" a couple times and shook my hands. I was so close to her, so I reached up and gave her a hug and a kiss on the cheek, and she was SO sweet and gracious!! She just hugged me back and said "Thank you" again before moving down the line. A dream come true for sure!!! The concert couldn't have been more perfect! Both Stevie and Don were absolutely amazing, and really played to their fans. Their chemistry was awesome, and it really looked like they were having fun together. If you weren't able to see Stevie and Don together, DON'T MISS Stevie on her solo Gold Dust tour. It is well worth every penny you spend and every mile you drive, whether it's 4 or 450 (like us)!! Stevie is the most amazing and talented woman, and I am so very thankful that we were allowed to have a wonderful experience at the show!! Thank you so much, Stevie! You have a fan for life with me, I love ya! (...and a special thanks to Dave for helping to make my dream a reality :) "When I see you again, as I always do... It appears to me that Destiny Rules..." ~Stevie Nicks~

I was in complete "AWE" once again!!!! What keeps this amazing songtress going? Just finishing with the "Say You Will Tour" and on with the "Gold Dust Tour" !! Stevie was given a "gift" to perform for her fans and the world. This was my sixth time seeing "Stevie" & my seventh time will be this Friday. Stevie proves without a doubt that she is the "QUEEN OF ROCK". I look at her and imagine through the years past, of her career, some 35 years ago when it all began. What an amazing, dynamic, and gifted singer she is still, today. I will never forget the day that I too, was seated in the front row at the Tweeter during the " ENCHANTED TOUR" - that day I will never forget meeting Stevie at the stage and shaking her hand as I gave her a bouquet of flowers. She does not age, she looks as beautiful today as she did then. The saying holds true for Stevie, you are not getting older, you just get better and better with time. Don Henley himself, rocked the house - a legend in his own right, he is perfection solo, or along with the Eagles. Two legends came together on a perfect night under the stars, in Tinley Park, Il. It took me on a "sentimental journey" of those "BellaDonna" days, once again. I was never able to see Don & Stevie perform their song "Leather & Lace" together, until that night. This IS my favorite duet -I could only describe "their" song, one way: A "Sensual Perfected Memory", totally awesome to see. Thank You, Stevie & Don. I am proud to say that "Stevie Nicks" is and will always be, my #1 Singer, Songwriter. I ended w/Stevie in Tinley Park, Il. and going to her opening again this Friday in Grand Rapids, Mi. Seeing the "Enchanted Songtress", twice in one week, it doesnt get any better than that!!!!!!! The T-Shirts that were for sale were awesome, also. I am set for life with my Stevie Shirts!!!!!!!!!!! We need to get a shout out to Chris Nicks. Although the T-shirts were fabulous, we are in need of some "STEVIE" bumperstickers to match with my license plate !!!!!!

Saw Stevie & Don June 19th in Chicago. FANTASTIC!!!!!! My husband is a big Henley fan he was very pleased and when Don & Stevie team up its even better. I have followed Stevie for years I thought this was one of her best concerts. I took my 7yr old grandaughter with us. She is a third generation Stevie rocker. Stevie looks great , her voice is better than ever, the background for Beauty & the Beast was out of this world, she certainly has recreated herself. I hope she will continue her tour past July, I would love to see her again. She puts her heart and soul into her shows. I hope you rock forever STEVIE!!!!!!! You are truly ENCHANTED

This was my 1st time seeing Stevie solo and it was amazing. I purchased two "4 star" tickets throuhg iloveallaccess so I knew I'd be in the 1st 20 rows. But I was delighted to get to the venue and find that my seats were 5th row center. Stevie looked like a goddess and sounded as good as ever. I knew the set list so I was ready when Edge of Seventeen started up and was at the stage and ready to shake Stevie's hand (mission accomplished! : ) My friend and I were in tears - we kept looking at each other and saying "this is like a dream". Stevie is so gracious and you can tell she really loves her fans. I can't wait to see her again on the 4th of July in Milwaukee. My seats are 26 rows back and after being so close to her during this show, I am a bit spoiled but I am sure it will be another unforgettable night! Thanks Stevie for putting on such a great show and for being the beautiful person that you are! Your music is a gift to the world! Much love to you!

I just read Geetha's review and I'm pretty sure I was right next to her since I was also fifth row center! The show was AMAZING. My sister and I went together, it happened to be her birthday. What a great birthday present! We also brought our dad for father's day, but he opted to sit on the lawn since we had decided to splurge and buy such pricey seats. What a trooper! My sister and I are both HUGE Stevie fans so we just couldn't believe how close we were, it seemed like a dream. I also knew Stevie would shake hands at the end of Edge of Seventeen, but I couldn't really tell who they were letting go up there and who they weren't. So I chickened out and did not go up to the stage. I can't believe I missed out on what will probably be my only chance EVER to shake Stevie's hand. I could just kick myself! I guess I probably would have fainted anyway! The whole night was magical. I can't wait for the Milwaukee show. I only wish I could go to even more shows. Stevie's music means the world to me, the nights I've seen her in concert have been some of the best nights of my life!

I am 20 years old a huge fan of Stevie Nicks. I took my mom with me to see the concert (I couldn't think of anyone better since she practically grew up in the 70's and 80's). Anyway, this was the first time I saw Stevie live. I wasn't surprised to see such a variety of people especially of all ages. I was just in awe by the performances of both Don Henley and Stevie, and I can just imagine how the original fans who remember them how many years ago felt seeing them again now. Don Henley has a GREAT voice, and I think he's done a fine job in preserving it all this time. I mean, he IS Hotel California! Stevie was enchanting. Now I know what people mean when they say that her presence is so capturing. I love her songs, her style, her movements on stage. I am also a singer, and seeing her on stage further inspires me. I also liked the girl that opened up the show. Her voice was dynamic, her outfit was beautfiful, she was full of compassion, and I always appreciate musicians who write their own songs. Both Don and Stevie are just simply superb on their own, but seeing them together was a real treat. I am so glad I went to see this concert. I was definitely not dissappointed. They are truely musical legends.
