Stevie Nicks opens her solo tour May 27 at the Meadows Music Theatre in Hartford, precisely where the lucrative Fleetwood Mac reunion tour had it's first performance last year. "I don't know why that is; it just happened that way", Nicks said over the phone from Los Angeles.
Most likely, it has to do with a good deal on rehearsal time at the amphiteatre in the days before the show.
The show, which goes on sale Saturday at 10 am, will concentrate on older songs, since it will coincide with the release April 28 of a three disc boxed set of her solo material, "Enchanted". Boz Scaggs opens the tour.
